About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and clinical supervisor licensed to practice counseling to individuals in both Louisiana and Texas. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University. Prior to a counseling degree, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

I am originally from a small town in North Louisiana, but I have always identified as a city person. I currently reside in Austin, TX after living and working in New Orleans, LA for almost a decade.

When I’m not working, I enjoy doing anything creative, spending time with my partner, weightlifting, yoga, catching up on TV or movies, browsing Reddit, napping, hanging with my cats, thrifting, and sampling new coffee.

Meet the team:

I believe that animals are a significant and powerful resource for humans. Our pets are our confidantes, our companions, and our family. Although they do not attend in-person therapy sessions, my pets are an integral part of the work that I do.

“Animals are such agreeable friends-they ask no questions, they pass no criticisms.” - George Eliot
